On holding the "Animal Masquerade Parade" event
On September 28, the "Animal Mask Parade" event will be held within the framework of the 13th "Arevordi" International Environmental Festival. About 400-500 schoolchildren will participate in the event in animal costumes and with environmental calls. The parade route will be temporarily closed to traffic. The event will start from Stepan Shahumyan Square at 12:30 and will end in Azatutyan Square by 15:00 with a concert.

On September 28, within the framework of the 13th "Arevordi" International Environmental Festival, the "Animal Masquerade Parade" event will be held. Around 400-500 schoolchildren will participate in the parade, dressed in costumes of various endangered and red-listed animal species and holding signs with environmental slogans. The route designated for the parade will be temporarily closed to traffic.
Event route:
- Participants' gathering place and time: Stepan Shahumyan Square, near the S. Shahumyan statue at 12:00.
- The start of the parade route is at 12:30 from the aforementioned location.
- From S. Shahumyan Square, the parade will move towards S. Shahumyan Park, walking towards Republic Square.
- In Republic Square, the parade will make two circles and, crossing Abovyan Street, will be directed towards Northern Avenue.
- Walking along the entire length of Northern Avenue, the parade will cross Tumanyan Street, moving towards Freedom Square.
- Freedom Square will be the final stop, where a concert performance lasting up to 30 minutes will take place, concluding the event.
- The planned end of the event is at 15:00.
