Taking into account the events scheduled for May 4 and 5, 2026, in Yerevan and the need to relieve traffic, applications and letters addressed to Yerevan City Hall on May 5 will be accepted only online. No reception will be held in the Citizen Services Department at Argishti 1 and Buzand 1/3. The departments of the administrative districts will operate normally.

Dear citizens, taking into account the large-scale events scheduled in the Republic of Armenia on May 4 and 5, 2026 (8th ECH Summit, RA-EU Summit, "Yerevan Dialogue") and the participation of numerous foreign delegations in these events, as well as the need to relieve traffic in Yerevan, on May 5, applications and letters addressed to Yerevan City Hall will be accepted only online, and no reception or service will be provided in the citizen service department. The above applies only to the Argishti 1 and Buzand 1/3 addresses of the City Hall, while the departments serving citizens in the administrative districts will operate as usual.
