Event Goal
Community Coffee Run is an open, amateur run aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, contributing to the development of the urban community, spreading the culture of amateur running, and creating a platform for communication and new acquaintances for residents and guests of the city.
The event unites sports, local businesses, coffee culture, and urban communities, creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for both participants and spectators.
Event Program
07:30 — Arrival of organizers and partners.
08:00 — Opening of the starting zone.
Final technical solutions are carried out, the sound system is checked,
the participant registration zone is prepared, MIJ Coffee Shop coffee and
ARAX Lemonades drink zones, and the route and volunteer deployment
are finally checked.
08:30 — Team preparatory meeting.
Instructions are given to volunteers, route supervisors, police officers,
medical staff, photo and video recording teams, and the event host.
09:00 — Start of participant registration and distribution of starting packages.
The starting package includes:
• starting number,
• armband,
• route information,
• partner gifts (if available).
09:30 — Opening of partner zones.

09:45 — General warm-up by Eleven Fitness fitness club.
09:55 — Official opening of the event.
Welcome speech by the organizers, thanks to partners and Yerevan City Hall, brief presentation of safety rules.
09:58 — Performance of the State Anthem of the Republic of Armenia.
10:00 — Start of the 5 km run.
During the run, the following are planned:
• musical accompaniment,
• speech by the event host,
• photography and videography,
• operation of partner zones,
• operation of MIJ Coffee Shop zone,
• operation of ARAX Lemonades zone,
• welcoming the first participants to finish the 5 km run.
10:18–10:20 (approximate) — Finish of the first participant's run.
10:30 — Award ceremony.
Awarding of the first three participants in the absolute standings, photography and thank you speech to partners.

10:40 — Coffee Social:
Informal communication among participants, coffee from MIJ Coffee Shop, refreshing drinks from ARAX Lemonades, photo shoot, participant interviews and networking.
11:00 — Official closing of the event.
Words of thanks to the participants, announcement of the next Community Coffee Run and a group photo.
11:15 — Dismantling of the area.

Ensuring safety
During the event, organizers, volunteers, police officers controlling the route, and medical staff will be present in the area.
Before the start, all participants will receive instructions on safety rules. The route will be pre-checked by the organizers, and volunteers and police officers will be stationed in key sections to guide participants and ensure safe movement.

Around 100 or more participants are expected for the run.
Additional Information
The event is amateur and non-commercial in nature and aims to promote the development of sports culture, the spread of a healthy and active lifestyle, as well as the consolidation of the urban community.
After the run, an open recreation and communication zone will be available for participants and guests, where they can enjoy coffee, refreshing drinks and continue communication in an informal setting.
Route Description
The start and end of the event will be at Charles Aznavour Square.
After the start, participants will move along the central streets of the city towards Mesrop Mashtots Avenue, then the route will pass along Italy Street, reaching the riverside section of the Hrazdan River.
In the riverside section, participants will make a turn and return to the central part of the city. Then the route will pass through the neighborhood adjacent to the "Zoravar Andranik" metro station, after which the participants will again go out to Italy Street and continue moving towards Charles Aznavour Square, where the run will end.
