RA Mayor of Yerevan
Mr. Tigran Avinyan

Dear Mr. Avinyan,

This year, the "Mrro Armenian National Art Center" NGO will once again hold the annual "Gutan" Armenian traditional song and dance festival, dedicated to Gagik Ginosyan's 60th anniversary.

This year, as in previous years, the festival is planned to be held in the Cafesjian Sculpture Garden on August 22 of this year, in an open-air format.

Participation is free, no ticket sales are planned.

The purpose of the festival is to preserve, disseminate, and popularize traditional song and dance, making it recognizable to tourists visiting Armenia, turning the capital Yerevan into a celebration of ethnographic song and dance on that day.

Dear Mr. Avinyan,

We kindly request your permission for it to take place again this year in the Cafesjian Sculpture Garden on August 22, from 18:00 to 23:00.

Attached, we present to you the permission granted by the Cafesjian Sculpture Garden, as well as a photograph of the planned stage. The latter reflects the appearance of the stage planned for the festival, which corresponds to the stage used last year and is planned to be reproduced without changes.

President of "Mrro Armenian National Art Center" NGO,
RA Honored Artist: Arsen Grigoryan
