Application: On organizing the "Dino Run Yerevan" public event in Yerevan

APPLICATION
Dear Mr. Avinyan,
On behalf of the "Dino Run Yerevan" organizational team, I kindly request permission to
organize the "Dino Run Yerevan" public event in the city of Yerevan on September 18, 2026.
Within the framework of the event, it is planned to organize an approximately 2 km fun
run with about 100 participants in inflatable dinosaur costumes.
The purpose of the event is to promote a healthy lifestyle, create a fun and memorable
urban event, and contribute to the recognition of Yerevan as a creative and modern city.
Preliminary proposed route:
Shahumyan Square → Vazgen Sargsyan Street → Republic Square vicinity → Nalbandyan Street → Tumanyan Street →
Abovyan Street → Republic Square vicinity → Vazgen Sargsyan Street → Shahumyan Square.
The start and finish are planned for Shahumyan Square.
The total length of the route is planned to be approximately 2 km.

To ensure the safe and proper organization of the event, we request the support of Yerevan City Hall and cooperation with the relevant departments for final route approval, temporary traffic restrictions or regulation in necessary road sections, ensuring the safety of participants and spectators, as well as organizing access to emergency medical assistance and emergency services.
We are ready to change the route, timing, and other organizational details based on the suggestions of the City Hall and relevant services.
Please consider the possibility of holding the event, provide the necessary permission, and assist in coordinating work with the relevant services required for the organization of the event.
