APPLICATION

In addition to our previous application, we are also submitting photos and sketches from previous "Kap" exhibition-sale events, which will provide a clearer idea of the event's format and appearance.
In the submitted materials, you can see that in the event area, apart from the pavilions of participating handmade brands, no other type of pavilion, advertising billboard, or advertising material is placed, keeping Charles Aznavour Square clean and free of unnecessary advertisements.
We want to emphasize again that within the framework of the "Kap" exhibition-sale, the placement of any type of advertisement, advertising materials, billboards, or similar means by the participants is strictly prohibited.
The main and only display component of the event is the pavilions of participating handmade brands.
Therefore, no advertising material is planned to be placed within the framework of the event, and there is no need to submit sketches of such materials.
Within the framework of the exhibition-fair, exclusively handmade creators will be presented, who present ceramics, jewelry, handmade decorations, paintings, and other author's works. No participants selling food are planned.
No musical program is planned within the framework of this event; only the exhibition-sale part will be implemented. The only technical means to be used is electricity, which is provided to us by the adjacent "Moscafe" cafe.

We are confident that the event will contribute to the presentation of local creators and will become a beautiful and unifying initiative, bringing together the city's residents and guests.

Within the framework of the "KAP" fair, we plan to have around 35-40 participants, whose works will be displayed on tables in a format covered by tents. We guarantee that all pavilions will have a proper aesthetic appearance and will not disrupt the general look and movement of the square.

We also inform you that during the entire "KAP" exhibition-sale, the use of any type of advertising materials, panels, and similar means by the participants is prohibited. Participants present exclusively their products, which are mainly handmade.

We wish to note that we will monitor and ensure the cleanliness of the area allocated to us.
