Reallocations are made in the 2026 budget of the city of Yerevan and amendments to decision N 161-Ա of January 14, 2026 of the Mayor of Yerevan. The organization and responsibility for implementation are assigned to the Head of the Financial Department of the Yerevan City Hall staff, and supervision to Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Levon Hovhannisyan.
Approve the 2014 budget of the city of Yerevan: for revenues – 69,091,815.9 thousand drams, for expenditures – 69,491,815.9 thousand drams, deficit – 400,000.0 thousand drams. The revenues projected by the draft are 11,844,119.6 thousand drams or 20.7% more than the actual revenues collected in 2012. The draft envisages a reserve fund of 6,047,307.0 thousand drams, of which the reserve fund of the administrative part is 6,044,307.0 thousand drams (8.8% of administrative revenues), including 5,948,702.3 thousand drams allocated for the urban infrastructure and sustainable urban development investment program implemented with the support of the Asian Bank.

This decision starts the 2014 budget process of the city of Yerevan. The timetable for the development of the budget draft is approved. Allocate from the reserve fund of the administrative part of the 2013 budget of Yerevan City up to 2,600,000.0 thousand drams for: 1) up to 1,400,000.0 thousand drams for the repair and maintenance of asphalt-concrete pavement under the article "Current repair and maintenance of buildings and structures" of the economic classification of budget expenditures. 2) up to 600,000.0 thousand drams for the service of organizing parking spaces under the article "Other expenses" of the economic classification of budget expenditures. 3) up to 600,000.0 thousand drams for compensation for alienated property (land) in areas recognized as exclusively public interest within the administrative borders of Yerevan City within the framework of the urban infrastructure and sustainable development investment program implemented with the support of the Asian Bank, under the article "Other budget transfers" of the economic classification of budget expenditures. Authorize the Mayor of Yerevan to determine the breakdown of allocations for grants and subsidies provided for by the articles of the economic classification of budget expenditures approved by this decision, by recipient organizations. This decision shall enter into force on the tenth day following the date of its official publication.
