This order by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs approves the schedule and program for preparatory training courses for individuals wishing to adopt children. It instructs relevant departments to publish the information on the official website and distribute the order to regional administrations and the Yerevan Municipality. The "Well-being Information Systems Enterprise" Foundation is tasked with organizing the courses and providing a list of qualified participants upon completion.
The order approves the schedule (Annex N1) and program content (Annex N2) for the remote organization and conduct of the preparatory course for persons wishing to adopt. The order also instructs the Information and Public Relations Department to ensure the placement of information about the course on the official website of the Ministry within one day after the order comes into force. At the same time, the order instructs the Department for Ensuring Equal Opportunities to provide the order to the regional administrations, Yerevan City Hall and "National Institute of Labor and Social Research" SNCO within one day after this order comes into force, for the purpose of placing it on their official websites, as well as to provide the lists of persons wishing to adopt children subject to retraining to the "National Institute of Labor and Social Research" SNCO. Finally, the order instructs V. Karapetyan, acting director of the "National Institute of Labor and Social Research" SNCO, to organize the courses guided by Decision N 630-Ն of May 23, 2019, of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, and to submit a list of qualified participants who have completed the course within one day after the completion of the course, including the participant's first name, last name, and passport data. Control over the implementation of this order is entrusted to the Deputy Minister coordinating the field.
