On approving the schedule for organizing and conducting preparatory training courses for individuals wishing to adopt, and the content of the training program

This order by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs approves the schedule and program for preparatory training courses for individuals wishing to adopt children. It instructs relevant departments to publish the information on the official website and distribute the order to regional administrations and the Yerevan Municipality. The "Well-being Information Systems Enterprise" Foundation is tasked with organizing the courses and providing a list of qualified participants upon completion.

ORDER

The order approves the schedule (Annex N1) and program content (Annex N2) for the remote organization and conduct of the preparatory course for persons wishing to adopt. The order also instructs the Information and Public Relations Department to ensure the placement of information about the course on the official website of the Ministry within one day after the order comes into force. At the same time, the order instructs the Department for Ensuring Equal Opportunities to provide the order to the regional administrations, Yerevan City Hall and "National Institute of Labor and Social Research" SNCO within one day after this order comes into force, for the purpose of placing it on their official websites, as well as to provide the lists of persons wishing to adopt children subject to retraining to the "National Institute of Labor and Social Research" SNCO. Finally, the order instructs V. Karapetyan, acting director of the "National Institute of Labor and Social Research" SNCO, to organize the courses guided by Decision N 630-Ն of May 23, 2019, of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, and to submit a list of qualified participants who have completed the course within one day after the completion of the course, including the participant's first name, last name, and passport data. Control over the implementation of this order is entrusted to the Deputy Minister coordinating the field.

The order approves the schedule and program content of the preparatory course for persons wishing to adopt. It also defines the procedure for disseminating information, organizing courses, and submitting lists of participants. The order also reserves supervision to the Deputy Minister.

Based on Article 20, Part 1, Point 4 and Part 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", terminate the powers of Ashot Arushanyan, a member of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, elected by the electoral list of the My Step party alliance in the City of Yerevan, as a member of the Council.

Приказом также поручается соответствующим органам организация курсов, распространение информации и т.д. Контроль возложен на заместителя министра.

The Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan made a decision on December 28, 2021, on the dissolution of the "Maratuk" Cultural Center" community non-profit organization. Based on Article 20, Part 1, Clause 4 and Part 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", terminate the powers of Lusine Badalyan, member of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, elected by the electoral list of the My Step alliance of parties for the City of Yerevan.

Decision N 3324-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan dated October 23, 2018 "On convening an extraordinary session of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan of the Republic of Armenia" has been declared void.

This draft proposes to approve the agenda of the 2nd session of the 3rd convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. The agenda includes 10 items related to various issues, such as street naming, installation of monuments, tax privileges, budget execution reports, changes in the targeted use of land plots, and acceptance of property.

The draft decision hereby has the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan approve the agenda of the 2nd session of the 9th convocation. The agenda includes 22 items concerning the budget execution report, the gratuitous alienation of apartments and annexes that are community property, land exchange, approval of inventory results, as well as making additions, amendments to previous decisions and recognizing them as obsolete. The agenda also includes issues of installing memorial plaques and naming a school.

With this decision, the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan approves the agenda of the third meeting of its seventh session. The agenda includes 21 points concerning various issues, such as making changes to previous decisions, alienation of property, and installation of memorial plaques.

This decision approves the agenda of the second session of the fifth convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. The agenda includes 19 items related to the approval of the budget execution report, making amendments to previous decisions, allocating funds, transferring to the subordination of companies and delegating powers, as well as other issues.

Taking as a basis the proposal of the Mayor of Yerevan and guided by Article 52, Part 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan decides: To delegate the powers of the Mayor of Yerevan provided for by Article 68, Part 1, Points 1, 2 and 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" to the heads of the administrative districts of Yerevan.
