The Government of the Republic of Armenia decides to recognize as exclusive, paramount public interest the road construction programs implemented in certain areas within the administrative borders of Yerevan city and Argavand rural community of Ararat region. The decision stipulates that the acquirer of the territories is the Republic of Armenia, on behalf of which the Mayor of Yerevan and the Governor of Ararat region act. The final deadline for initiating the alienation process of property is July 1, 2014. The decision also makes amendments to the Government of the Republic of Armenia's decision N 990-Ն of May 26, 2011, by setting new deadlines and appendices.
Approve the Yerevan Development Program for 2014 in accordance with the appendix. The Yerevan Development Program for 2014 approved by this decision is subject to publication in accordance with the procedure established by Articles 56 and 63 of the RA Law "On Legal Acts", and the main indicators, statistical and graphic data of the program are also subject to publication in separate directories and booklets with a total circulation of 1000 copies.
Approve the 2014 budget of the city of Yerevan: for revenues – 69,091,815.9 thousand drams, for expenditures – 69,491,815.9 thousand drams, deficit – 400,000.0 thousand drams. The revenues projected by the draft are 11,844,119.6 thousand drams or 20.7% more than the actual revenues collected in 2012. The draft envisages a reserve fund of 6,047,307.0 thousand drams, of which the reserve fund of the administrative part is 6,044,307.0 thousand drams (8.8% of administrative revenues), including 5,948,702.3 thousand drams allocated for the urban infrastructure and sustainable urban development investment program implemented with the support of the Asian Bank.
