Armen Martirosyan, authorized representative of RA presidential candidate Raffi Hovhannisyan, submitted notifications to Yerevan City Hall regarding holding rallies on February 23, 24, and 25, 2013, from 15:00 to 19:00 in Azatutyan Square.
