Invitation to public discussion

On December 2, 2020, at 10:30, a public discussion will be held at the residence of the head of the Davtashen administrative district of Yerevan city regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the multi-apartment residential building planned by "HAEK Shinutyun" CJSC in the Davtashen administrative district. Public discussions will be held regarding the application for the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the public facility (shopping center) planned by Gurgen Simonyan at addresses 24/8 and 24/5 Ts. Isakov Street in the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan city. Participation is scheduled for December 7, 2020, at 14:00 at 32 Sebastia Street (administrative district building) in Yerevan city. "Advanced Development" LLC plans to hold public discussions on the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the residential district on November 27, 2020, at 11:00 AM, at 19 Gai Avenue. The discussions will be held in accordance with the RA Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the procedure established by RA Government Decision N 1325-N. Public discussions will be held on the environmental impact assessment of the reconstruction and major renovation of the buildings of the "Nork" Infectious Clinical Hospital. The discussions will take place on November 27, 2020, at 11:00 AM, at 272 Armenak Armenakyan Street, Yerevan, at the residence of the head of the Nork-Marash administrative district. Public discussions (2nd stage) on this will be held on November 4, 2020, at 12:30, at G. Nzhdeh Street No. 26, Yerevan (administrative district building). Pursuant to the RA law and government decision, on October 23, 2020, at 12:30, a public discussion will be held at 26 G. Nzhdeh Street, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan. The topic of the discussion is the environmental impact assessment report of lead-acid batteries and other lead-containing waste recycling planned by "Elbat" CJSC at 37/29 Sharur Street. On October 30, 2020, at 12:00, a public discussion will be held at 19 Guy Avenue, dedicated to the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the construction of a residential district planned by "Advanced Development" LLC in the Bagrevand district 17/1 plot of the Nor-Nork administrative district. "M G Design" LLC is designing the renovation of the H. Tumanyan House-Museum, the reconstruction of the 2nd building, and the addition of floors.
