Public discussion invitation: Arabkir administrative district

On March 18, 2026, at 11:00, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity of constructing a new school building at Tbilisi Highway 11/11, Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan, presented by the "Ayb Educational Hub" Foundation. Invitation to public discussion regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multifunctional public building planned at Koryun 14, Kentron administrative district, Yerevan

In accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise and the appendix to the decision N 1325-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated November 19, 2014 (amended 28.12.23 N 2343-N), on February 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM, a public hearing (2nd hearing) regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multifunctional public building planned at Koryun 14, Kentron administrative district, Yerevan, submitted for expertise by «A-VERDI» LLC, will be held at the residence of the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan city.

On February 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity for the construction of a multifunctional building at the address Sherami Street h. 62, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan city, submitted by "VARSHIN" LLC. On February 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity for the construction of a sports complex at Hrazdan Gorge 4/9, Kentron administrative district of Yerevan city, submitted by ASLEND CJSC. Babajanyan St. H.117/4, submitted for expertise by "Jibrayn" LLC. On January 12, 2026, at 11:00, the first public hearing on the proposed construction of multi-apartment residential buildings at 37/37 Acharyan Street, submitted by citizen Gohar Baghdasaryan, will take place at the residence of the head of the Avan administrative district of Yerevan. Yerznkyan No. 118 senior high school, presented by "Global Project" LLC, at the address Arzumanyan Street 8, Ajapnyak administrative district, Yerevan. On January 14, 2026, at 11:00, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity of constructing Yerevan V. Hambardzumyan No. 12 elementary school at G. Nzhdeh Street No. 11, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "Global Project" LLC.
