Public discussion invitation: Arabkir administrative district

On March 18, 2026, at 11:00, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity of constructing a new school building at Tbilisi Highway 11/11, Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan, presented by the "Ayb Educational Hub" Foundation. The interested public can submit their proposals, observations, and opinions orally during the hearings or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.

Invitation to public discussion regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multifunctional public building planned at Koryun 14, Kentron administrative district, Yerevan

In accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise and the appendix to the decision N 1325-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated November 19, 2014 (amended 28.12.23 N 2343-N), on February 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM, a public hearing (2nd hearing) regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multifunctional public building planned at Koryun 14, Kentron administrative district, Yerevan, submitted for expertise by «A-VERDI» LLC, will be held at the residence of the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan city.

Еревана, представленной проектно-технологическим кооперативом «НОРАШЕН». Заинтересованная общественность может представить предложения, замечания и мнения в устной форме во время слушаний или в письменной форме в течение 20 рабочих дней после уведомления. Слушания пройдут в резиденции главы административного района Малатия-Себастия.

On February 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity for the construction of a multifunctional building at the address Sherami Street h. 62, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan city, submitted by "VARSHIN" LLC. Proposals, remarks, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public hearing or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.

On February 5, 2026, at 14:00, a public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Nubarashen administrative district, dedicated to the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of the special supervision building of "National Center for Mental Health Protection" CJSC. On February 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity for the construction of a sports complex at Hrazdan Gorge 4/9, Kentron administrative district of Yerevan city, submitted by ASLEND CJSC. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public hearing or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.

On February 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM, a public hearing (2nd stage) on the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of warehouse buildings planned at 10/18 Arin-Berd Street, Erebuni administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by "Nazaryan Cooling Systems" LLC, will take place at the residence of the head of the Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan. On January 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM, a public hearing regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multi-apartment residential building at Arshakunyats Avenue 28/26, Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan, submitted by "YARD" LLC, will be held at the residence of the head of the Shengavit administrative district. The documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment (www.env.am) and on the official websites of the initiator.

On January 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM, a public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Kentron administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a public building at 11 Arshakunyats Avenue, Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, submitted by ZETH IQ GARAGE LLC.
