Yerevan City Hall announces an open competition for the development of a monument project dedicated to the memory of those who died during the events of March 1, 2008, in Yerevan. The competition terms include details of the monument's design, materials, and installation location. The list of mandatory materials to be submitted to the competition commission and additional conditions are also specified. The author of the best work will be awarded 2 million drams. Competition proposals must be submitted by January 15, 2020.
Within the framework of the 2nd phase of the "EU for Yerevan: Solar Community" program, works aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of multi-apartment buildings will be carried out. In particular, the installation of solar photovoltaic systems on roofs, the installation of energy-saving lighting systems in entrances, as well as the replacement of courtyard lighting fixtures are planned. In addition, energy-saving light fixtures will be provided to vulnerable families in multi-apartment buildings. To participate, it is necessary to fill out and submit the application and the undertaking until September 16, at 16:00.

The delegation of Yerevan City Hall, led by Deputy Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan, paid a working visit to the Czech Republic from March 18 to 22, 2019, to study the structure and operation of the transport system. During the visit, meetings were held with representatives of the Prague Public Transport Company, the private operator "Arriva Transport", "Šcoda electric" company, Hradec Králové Public Transport Company, "IVECO BUS" company, EGAP and CEB, as well as the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.
