On approving the schedule for organizing and conducting preparatory courses for persons wishing to adopt, and the content of the course program

With this letter, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia transfers to Yerevan City Hall the minister's order on approving the schedule and program content of preparatory courses for persons wishing to adopt. The purpose is to ensure the public dissemination of the mentioned information on the official websites of the City Hall. The document is based on order N 180-Ա/1 of November 25, 2021.

Announcement for the training of specialists assessing the functional abilities of individuals

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, within the framework of reforms in the disability assessment system and the program for introducing a system for assessing the functional abilities of individuals, plans to create a team of trainers. The trainings will take place in 2 groups: from October 18-22, 2021, and from October 25-29, 2021, in Yerevan. The courses will be conducted by experts from the European Union's SOCIEUX+ component. Certificates of participation will be provided at the end of the training. Applications are accepted until October 4, 2021, at 13:00.

Announcement: On inclusion in the "Social Support Council" adjunct to the Mayor of Yerevan

In accordance with point 1 of decision No. 46-N of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan dated September 10, 2013, "On approving the number, names, formation and operation procedure of advisory bodies operating under public order in the territory of the Yerevan urban community, adjunct to the Mayor of Yerevan", as well as decision No. 253-N of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan of the Republic of Armenia dated June 24, 2020, "On establishing the procedure and powers for the formation and operation of the social support council operating under public order adjunct to the Mayor of Yerevan", those wishing to be included in the council may submit an application to Yerevan City Hall until October 19 of this year. A statement is submitted to D. By "Par Sam Yeghbayrner" LLC, a multifunctional complex is planned to be built in the Erebuni administrative district, at T. Metsi avenue 55. The complex will include underground parking lots, above-ground floors with commercial spaces, a business center, food outlets, as well as point towers, the tallest of which will have 20 floors. The roof of the complex is planned to be greened.

In particular, within the framework of the SW/EEK-02 contract, seismic reinforcement, energy efficiency improvement, and reconstruction of kindergartens No. 47 and No. 48 will be carried out. The value of the contract is 869,681,276.54 AMD, and the duration of the works is 20 months. The winner is JV "Arpa-Sevan" OJSC and "Optimum Energy" LLC.

An announcement has been made regarding the construction works carried out within the framework of the "Yerevan Energy Efficiency Program". In particular, the seismic reinforcement, energy efficiency improvement and reconstruction works of kindergartens No. 22 and No. 23 within the framework of the SW/EEK-02 contract have been announced. The organization formed by JV "Arpa-Sevan" OJSC and "Optimum Energy" LLC was recognized as the winner. The value of the contract is 670,099,213.63 AMD, and the duration of the works is 15 months.

Yerevan City Hall announces the award of contract SW/EEK-02 within the framework of the Yerevan Energy Efficiency Program. The contract refers to seismic reinforcement, energy efficiency improvement and reconstruction works of kindergartens No. 71 and No. 74. "Arhovshin" LLC was recognized as the winner with a value of 648,899,096.84 AMD.
