Tel-Cell CJSC has been recognized as the winner of the open public competition for the introduction of a unified ticketing system for public transport and the selection of a financial operator. In accordance with the competition regulations, a contract will be signed with the winner within 10 working days after the announcement of the competition results. The National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia has made amendments to the Code on Administrative Offenses, in particular, to Articles 154, 162, 169.16 and 158. The amendments entered into force on January 6, 2022. Yerevan City Hall urges citizens and economic entities to be guided by the current legislation when carrying out construction work and activities in the field of trade and services, in order to avoid administrative offenses. The changes refer to unauthorized constructions, trade and provision of services in undesignated places, as well as other activities that may lead to fines.
