From 22:00 on April 8 until dawn on April 9, the section of Myasnikyan Avenue leading up to the Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts will be closed due to asphalt paving works. It is recommended to use alternative routes.

Dear fellow citizens, from 22:00 on the evening of April 7 until dawn on April 8, due to extensive asphalt paving works, the section of Myasnikyan Avenue rising from the beginning towards the Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts will again be completely closed for traffic. To go to the aforementioned administrative districts, it is recommended to use alternative routes. We ask for the forgiveness of our fellow citizens for the temporary inconveniences caused.

From 22:00 on April 6 until dawn on April 7, the section of Myasnikyan Avenue leading from the beginning of Myasnikyan Avenue to the Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts will be completely closed to traffic due to asphalt work. Citizens are advised to use bypass roads.

On March 25, from 9:00 to 11:00, the traffic movement on Saralanj street, on the section from Armenakyan street to M. Khorenatsi street, will be temporarily stopped due to dismantling works of a damaged pole.

Yerevan City Hall informs that from March 13 until the end of the active tourist season, traffic will be prohibited on the section of Tamanyan Street from Isahakyan Street to the Cascade complex. The restriction will be implemented by activating a barrier and appropriate technical means for organizing and controlling traffic.

It is announced that on December 25, 2016, from 09:45 to 11:00, a number of streets and squares in the center of Yerevan will be closed for the purpose of holding the "New Year's Good Run" charity race. The restriction applies to Republic, Shahumyan and Sakharov squares, as well as V. Sargsyan, Nalbandyan, Pushkin and Abovyan streets.

Yerevan City Hall informs that from November 8, the section from the intersection of Arshakunyats Avenue and Noragavit 1st Street to Shirak Street will be partially closed for one week due to construction works. The City Hall apologizes for the temporary inconvenience.

Yerevan City Hall and the "Repat Armenia" Foundation are jointly organizing the "Coca-Cola Yerevan Half Marathon". Due to the marathon, traffic will be temporarily suspended in some parts of the capital on October 16, from 07:00 to 13:30.

Yerevan City Hall informs that on October 14, a session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will be held in Yerevan. In this regard, due to ceremonial events and the arrival of delegations, traffic will be temporarily restricted on some streets of the capital. Notice on temporary traffic restrictions on October 8, 2016, for the proper conduct of the "Erebuni-Yerevan 2798" celebration events. Restrictions will apply on Erebuni, Argishti, and Abovyan streets. Public transport will operate on bypass roads.

For the purpose of celebrating the 25th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia and holding a military parade, large-scale traffic restrictions will be applied in the center of Yerevan on September 21, 2016. Starting from 05:00, Saryan, Amiryan, Italy, Beirut, V. Sargsyan, Zakiyan, Abovyan, Nalbandyan streets and Tigran Mets avenue will be closed phase by phase. Citizens are also urged not to park vehicles in the mentioned areas.

Due to the celebrations of the 25th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia and military parade rehearsals, traffic will be temporarily suspended on a number of central streets of Yerevan on September 16, 18, and 21. The restrictions will be hourly and will also affect public transport routes. Citizens are also urged not to park cars in the mentioned areas.

On July 5, from 19:00 to 20:00, due to events held within the framework of the "Yerevan Summer 2016" program, traffic will be restricted in the section from Azatutyan Square to Abovyan Street. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

In connection with the visit of Pope Francis of Rome to Armenia, traffic will be suspended on a number of streets and squares in Yerevan on June 24-26, 2016. The restrictions will be at different times and on different road sections, according to the visit routes. Entrances to Republic Square from Abovyan, Amiryan streets and Tigran Mets Avenue will be open for pedestrian movement. Citizens are asked for forgiveness for the inconvenience caused.

On June 14, from 08:00 to 20:00, the entrance to Karapet Ulnetsi Street from Babayan and Davit Anhaght streets will be closed due to asphalt concrete pavement repair works. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Due to asphalt concrete pavement repair work on Myasnikyan Avenue on May 14 and 15, traffic will be restricted on the road section from Heratsi Street to Gay Avenue and on the section descending from the vicinity of the Myasnikyan-Acharayan overpass:

On January 13, 2016, from 18:30 to 20:00, traffic will be stopped on certain sections of Nalbandyan Street and Tigran Mets Avenue due to a festive concert to be held at Yerevan Republic Square.

On December 20, from 11:00 to 13:30, traffic will be temporarily suspended on the road section connecting Leningradyan Street to Admiral Isakov Avenue due to the "Yerevan New Year Run" charity run.
