Dear Yerevan residents, Yerevan City Hall informs you that temporary inconveniences are arising for both transport traffic and pedestrians due to the ongoing major repair works on a number of streets in the capital. We apologize for the temporary inconveniences caused.

Announcement Due to the events organized on the occasion of declaring Yerevan the World Book Capital, vehicle traffic will be suspended on April 22 for certain periods in the following sections of the capital.

Due to the construction work of the 2nd phase of the reconstruction of Tsitsernakaberd highway, traffic will be closed on the mentioned highway from July 21, 2011, until August 30. During this period, a number of bus and minibus routes will operate on detour roads.

On June 4, the match between the Armenian and Russian national football teams will be broadcast on the TV screen installed in France Square. To watch the game and ensure the safety of spectators, traffic will be stopped on parts of Mashtots Avenue and Sayat-Nova Avenue from 19:30 to 22:00.

From December 31, 2010, to January 1, 2011, the Yerevan Metro and intra-city passenger transport will operate until 01:00. From January 1 to 9, transport will operate until 24:00. From January 10, transport will return to its normal schedule.

From June 22, traffic will be stopped on Tsitsernakaberd Highway due to reconstruction works. Temporary routes will be established for some bus and minibus routes. Until the completion of construction works, the routes will operate from Mashtots Avenue to Admiral Isakov Avenue, through the mentioned streets and bridge.

Yerevan City Hall informs that on August 16, 2009, from 09:00 to 18:00, due to ongoing construction works, traffic will be suspended on Aygestan and Sari Tagh streets, the road section from Armenakyan street to Glinka street. Yerevan City Hall apologizes for the temporary inconvenience caused.
