Due to the construction of the Leningradian Street - Isakov Avenue road junction in the capital, traffic will be temporarily suspended from Leningradian Street to Tsitsernakaberd Highway and Kievyan Street starting from February 17. As an alternative, the direction of Leningradian, Shinhararneri, Arzumanyan, Halabyan streets, then to Kievyan Street or Tsitsernakaberd Highway is suggested. To avoid additional congestion, traffic from Shinhararneri Street to Halabyan Street will be organized as one-way on Arzumanyan Street. Microbus routes No. 18 and 46, as well as bus route No. 28, will temporarily pass through Halabyan, Estonian, and then Shinhararneri streets in this section.
