Applications must be submitted by July 3, 2014, inclusive, at the specified address. Individuals must submit a copy of their passport, and legal entities must submit a copy of their state registration certificate and, if necessary, a power of attorney. In accordance with Article 26 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, the 5th session of the 3rd convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened on June 24, 2014, at 11:00 AM. DRAFT AGENDA

On June 17, at 17:00, a simultaneous game session will be organized in Yerevan Children's Park by international grandmaster Rafael Vahanyan, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the two-time World Chess Champion Tigran Petrosian. All interested individuals can apply for participation by contacting the Department of Sports and Youth Affairs of Yerevan City Hall.

Yerevan City Hall invites Yerevan residents and interested persons to participate in the work of the Council on Youth Affairs and Public Relations to the Mayor of Yerevan by joining its composition. Applications must be submitted by June 13, 2014, at the address: 1 Argishti St., Yerevan.

Yerevan City Hall invites Yerevan residents and interested parties to participate in the work of the Council for Support to Local Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs, Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses operating under the Mayor of Yerevan. Applications are accepted until June 13, 2014, at Argishti Street 1. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the passport or a copy of the legal entity registration certificate.

On June 8, the "Yerevan. Business Run 2014" running competition will be held in Yerevan, which aims to promote a healthy lifestyle. Organizations and individuals can participate in the competition, applications are accepted until June 6. The competition will be held for different age groups with 1000m and 10km tracks. The winning team will travel to Vienna. The award ceremony will take place at 19:30 in the evening at the "Congress" hotel.

Within the framework of "Yerevan Summer 2014" events, a photo contest titled "Yerevan Summer" starts on June 3. All interested parties can participate in the contest by sending their photos to tourism@yerevan.am or through the "Better Yerevan" page on the "Facebook" social network. The winner will be determined by Facebook voting results. You can send photos until July 3. The results will be summarized on July 12, International Photographers' Day, in Lovers' Park.

Due to ongoing work to eliminate the road accident that occurred on a part of the road section leading from Hrazdan Gorge tunnels to "Yerevan HPP", traffic is temporarily suspended in the mentioned section of the gorge.

On May 30, 2014, at 11:00, the 4th sitting of the 3rd session of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will take place in Yerevan City Hall. The sitting will be held according to the submitted agenda.

In accordance with the exemplary charter of "Social Support Councils" approved by order No. 153-Ն of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia dated 18.09.2006, non-commercial organizations operating in Yerevan that wish to be included in the composition of "Social Support Councils" operating on a public basis under the Yerevan Social Territorial Agencies, can submit an application by June 18.

On May 1, 2014, from 09:30, the Yerevan Zoo will open its doors to visitors, presenting a number of novelties. Festive events, which will include live music, theatrical performances, game pavilions and the participation of fairy tale characters, will start at 10:00 and will continue until 22:30. Competitive and informational games with special prizes will also be organized in the park.

On April 24, 2014, on the occasion of the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of the Great Armenian Genocide, free transport service is organized for visitors to the Tsitsernakaberd memorial complex. This service will be carried out from the area adjacent to the "Hrazdan" stadium from 08:30 to 22:00, along two main routes. This event is organized in accordance with the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan "On organizing an event dedicated to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide".

Along with the documents that must be mandatorily submitted during the state registration of the right of ownership of a vehicle and state registration throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Armenia, the owner (authorized person) of the vehicle must henceforth also submit to the territorial registration-examination unit of the Road Police a certificate regarding the complete fulfillment of property tax obligations (zero balance):

Taking into account the unfavorable weather conditions and care for children's health, Yerevan City Hall informs that classes will not be held on March 31 in Yerevan's main schools, kindergartens, music and art schools. Missed classes in main schools will be made up on April 5, Saturday.

On April 4, at 15:00, a regular meeting of the Commission established for the purpose of forming the fare for intra-city passenger transportation will be held in the briefing hall of the Yerevan City Hall. The entrance for journalists to cover the meetings is free.
