Invitation to public discussion

The "LORIDA GROUP" LLC will present the application for the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the residential complex under construction on land plot 44/13 in the Nazarbeyan neighborhood of the Ajapnyak administrative district. The public discussion will take place on September 14, 2021, at 12:00 PM, at 5 A. Sargsyan St., Yerevan. On September 15, 2021, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held at 19 Gay Avenue (building of the Nor Nork administrative district) regarding the application for the preliminary environmental impact assessment for the construction of the engineering business accelerator building of the "Engineering City" at 74 Bagrevand Street in the Nor Nork administrative district. Invitation to public discussion

The Urban Development Committee of the Republic of Armenia, jointly with "NORASHEN" NTA, is organizing a public discussion dedicated to the construction project of the building of the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Republic of Armenia. The discussion will take place on September 10, 2021, at 11:00 AM, at A. Sargsyan 5, Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan. The discussion will be held in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the decision N 1325-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

Based on Article 20, Part 1, Point 6 and Part 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", terminate the powers of Artashes Javadyan, a member of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, elected by the electoral list of the Im Qayl Parties Alliance.

On September 6, 2021, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held at 26 G. Nzhdeh Street, Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan, regarding the application for preliminary environmental impact assessment of the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex planned at Arshakunyats 27/3 by «Paytamshak» CJSC. The documents can be reviewed at 1/3 Buzand Street.

Public discussions will be held on the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the construction of a multi-apartment residential building planned by "Energatsanshshin" CJSC at 2 Aharonyan Street. On August 24, 2021, at 11:00, a public discussion will be held at the residence of the head of Davtashen administrative district regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application submitted by Ruben Shahmuradyan for the construction of a public building planned at 88/1 Melkumov Street, Davtashen administrative district. Documents can be reviewed at the Ministry of Environment.

Yerevan City Hall invites to a public discussion on the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the construction of a residential complex planned at Azatutyan Avenue 1/46 and 1/43. The discussion will take place on August 20, 2021, at 11:00, at N. Zaryan Street 27 (Arabkir administrative district building).

On August 10, 2021, at 11:00, an extraordinary session of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened with the following agenda: 1) 2) 3) 4) Yerevan City Hall. Anhaght St. 11 (building of Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district), regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex planned at 45/5 Ulnetzi Street, Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by citizen Davit Aghabekyan (2nd stage).
