Dear Citizen, as a result of the inspection carried out by the employees of the Division for the Organization of Works with Communal Economy and Multi-Apartment Building Management Bodies of the Kentron administrative district head's staff, it was found that construction works at Arshakunyats Avenue Building No. 11/4, adjacent to Arshakunyats Avenue Building No. 11, are being carried out in accordance with construction permit No. ՇԹ/6/34993-26 issued by the Yerevan community on 20.08.2026. We also inform you that the construction of the building being developed, as well as its cladding, and the installation of windows and display cases, have been completed. At the current stage, landscaping works are being carried out within the construction site, which will soon be completed, and after the expiration of the construction permit, that area will also be cleared, and the delimiting fence will be removed. At the same time, we inform you that no violations of the procedure established by Yerevan City Council Decision No. 405-N dated 16.03.2012 were recorded during the inspection, and the developer was strictly warned to observe the rules of cohabitation.
