Entire area behind(between) apartment building has been fenced and is being used as a private yard on tumanyan street. There are stone structures and metal fences, if the stone structures are to stay - at least the fences should be removed so the back entrance of the apartment building can be used by residents. Not only have they privatized the area and blocked entrance for emergency cases. they have also put "No Parking" blocks on Avag Petrosyan street.Tumanyan street 10, Kentron, Yerevan
