Здравствуйте! Какая-то очень странная течь в двух местах из стены на Нар-Доса (ориентир — через дорогу и немного наискось от магазина "Домус"). Если это водоотведение, сделайте, пожалуйста, такой сток, чтобы не лилось людям на голову; если это авария, почините, пожалуйста. Также подскажите, пожалуйста, кто отвечает за нерациональное использование воды (если она просто выливается на дорогу)? Домохозяйства и бизнесы за пользование водой платят, — а в случае с такими авариями и бесцельным расходованием воды — накладывает ли это какую-то ответственность (например, штрафы?) на Веолию джур?
