  Dear citizen, as a result of an on-site inspection and study carried out by employees of the Department for the Organization of Works with Utilities and Multi-Apartment Building Management Bodies of the Kentron Administrative District Head's Staff, it has been found that construction works at Antarain street 124/10 and G. Gasparyan 6/2 are being carried out in accordance with the construction permit issued by the Yerevan Municipality on 09.10.2025. At the same time, we inform you that as a result of the on-site inspection and study, it has been found that the water cannon and the car wash point (overpass) are missing at the mentioned address, in connection with which two protocols have been drawn up by the Department of Urban Development and Land Control and the Department of Environmental Protection. At the same time, we inform you that the developer has been notified of the necessity to comply with safety norms and coexistence rules. Thank you for your cooperation.
