Здравствуйте! Еще несколько недель назад по поводу этой строительной компании мы к вам обращались. Приехали сотрудники из мэрии, и были видеоматериалы от мэрии о том, что строительную компанию предупредили о всех требованиях и о том, что пока они их не выполнят, работы не будет. Но уже через несколько дней они продолжают свою работу, и никаких изменений на стройплощадке не наблюдается. Получается, строительная компания по адресу: улица Геворга Эмина, 23 в Ереване просто нагло игнорирует все требования и законы Республики Армения. Прошу окончательно решить данный вопрос, чтобы работала водяная пушка, чтобы у нее был нормальный напор, чтобы висели защитные сетки от пыли и было выполнено еще многое из того, что положено по законам.Gevorg Emin street 7, Kentron, Yerevan

Dear citizen, we inform you that as a result of the on-site inspection and study carried out by the employees of the Communal Economy and Organization of Work with Multi-apartment Building Management Bodies Division of the Kentron administrative district head's staff, it has been found that construction works at addresses Antarain Street 124/10 and G. Gasparyan 6/2 are being carried out in accordance with the construction permit issued by the Yerevan community on 09.10.2025. At the same time, it is informed that during the on-site inspection, the water cannon present at the construction site was in an active state, and the developer was informed about the necessity of observing safety norms and coexistence rules.
