Dear Citizen, we inform you that the mentioned area is private property. The owner has been notified of the problem. The owner's representative reports that it is possible for the specified section to be included in the road connecting M. Melkonyan Street to Arshakunyats Avenue, and it is currently not expedient to build the wall and then dismantle it again. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Summary

The area with the damaged concrete fence is private property. The owner has been informed about the issue, but repairing the wall is deemed inexpedient because this section might be included in a future road construction project and subsequently demolished. Therefore, the issue will not be resolved.

In this answer the authority accepted that the problem is there — it is above, under “What the authorities have stated”.
