  Dear Citizen, we inform you that construction work for an irrigation system is being carried out on Azatutyan Avenue. We also inform you that the construction work is proceeding in accordance with relevant norms and regulations. The work is being carried out according to an approved project, which primarily passes through sidewalks and road sections, as well as bus shelters. The construction company has been instructed not to create obstacles for citizens. The completion of construction work is scheduled for November 26, 2026, after which the area will be restored to its previous appearance. We also add that fences have been installed on all sides of the trench.
