Description
Dear Yerevan mayor office members, I am writing to you to report an incident with Yerevan public transport. It occurred on a route #100 to airport, which may affect the perception of the city and the country by many tourists. I've been waiting for bus #100 to airport at French Square bus stop on July 14 between 6:55 and 7:19 a.m. On 7:19 a.m. a bus arrived, passed by without stopping. I approached the front door, the driver waved hand like "go away" I ran to another "French Square" bus stop round the corner, the driver was standing in the second lane heading forward at Mashtots Ave. The bus left Yerevan Center empty, and I didn't get on it on time according to the schedule. I had to pay for the taxi. I didn't memorize the license plate number but there were only two buses on the line; as I took the taxi, we passed by the bus. I am sure that was driver's discretion rather than planned leap. I am looking forward for all penalties applicable to be imposed on the bus driver, and the regularity of routes to be restored.
