Dear Citizen, as a result of the inspection and study carried out by the employees of the Communal Economy and Organization of Work with Multi-Apartment Building Management Bodies Division of the Kentron administrative district head's staff, it has been found that the first of the construction objects mentioned by you refers to the construction object located at Arshakunyats Avenue 9/2, where the planned buildings have been constructed and general construction works are in the final stage, and the validity period of the construction permit issued by the Yerevan Municipality on 03.07.2026 for the construction works has expired. We would also like to add that during the visual inspection, no construction works were underway at the aforementioned construction object, and the dust generated in the video provided by you is more a consequence of windy weather, which causes the dust to escape from the construction site. We also inform you that construction works for the multifunctional residential complex at the other construction object presented by you are being carried out in accordance with the construction permit issued by the Yerevan Municipality on 11.06.2025. At the same time, we inform you that due to non-compliance with the additional conditions of the procedure established by decision No. 405-N of the Yerevan City Council dated 16.03.2012 at the aforementioned construction object, specifically the absence of a dust-absorbing net, a protocol was drawn up on 20.08.2026 by the employees of the Public Order Protection Service of the Yerevan Staff, with the characteristics of part 3 of Article 157.15 of the CoAS. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Summary

An inspection found that at one construction site, works are nearing completion and the permit has expired, with dust attributed to windy weather. However, at another active construction site relevant to the complaint, a violation was identified due to the absence of a dust-absorbing net, and an administrative protocol was issued for this non-compliance.
