Dear Citizen, we inform you that, according to information provided by the "Greening and Environmental Protection" CNCO, there is no irrigation pipeline in the area you indicated, therefore no greening will be carried out. The existing pipe is not an obstacle. It is not currently in operation. It is not possible to say at this time whether it will be operated in the future.
