By this decision, "Amura" LLC is included in the list of participants not eligible to participate in the procurement process. The decision is based on the requirements of sub-point "a" of point 6 of part 1 of article 6 and part 2 of the same article of the RA Law "On Procurement". The client has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if the seller has materially violated it, in particular, if the delivery deadlines for the goods have been violated by more than 5 days.

The decision concerns the organization of procurement procedures for the reconstruction of a 150-meter section of an open damaged canal passing through the adjacent territory of a kindergarten under construction at H. Acharyan Street 37/42, Avan administrative district, Yerevan, and for consulting services for technical supervision of these works. Procurements will be carried out from a single source.
