Invitation to public discussion

On October 15, 2024, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held in the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan city regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the project "Development of electricity cables and conduits production of 'In-V' LLC" submitted by "ATM&S Solutions" LLC. The documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment (www.env.am) and on the official websites of the initiator.

On November 4, 2024, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing on the planned activity of constructing a multifunctional residential complex, presented by Hamlet Vachanants, will take place at the residence of the head of the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan city. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public discussion or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification. The person authorized by the head of the community for the public hearing is Ellada Aramyan.

On October 24, 2024, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity of constructing a multifunctional public building at the address Admiral Isakov Avenue 15/14, Kentron administrative district of Yerevan city, submitted by "I V TRUST" LLC. Proposals, comments, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public discussion or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification. The hearing will take place on September 30, 2024, at 12:00 PM, at the office of the head of the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan city. A public hearing will be held regarding the environmental impact assessment report and expert examination process for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex at M. Melkonyan 24, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, submitted by "Arcada Business Center" LLC. The hearing will take place on September 27, at 12:00 PM, at the seat of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan. On September 6, 2024, at 11:00, the 2nd public hearing on the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multi-apartment multifunctional building by "Developer" CJSC at S. Gevorgyan 106/19, Yerevan, will take place at the residence of the head of Davtashen administrative district. Citizens can review the documents on the relevant websites and contact the "Environmental Impact Expertise Center" SNCO for information and suggestions.

According to Law HO-150-N "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the appendix to Government Decision N 2343-N of December 28, 2023, on September 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM, the 2nd public hearing will take place at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan (address: Yerevan, Sebastias St. 32) regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a road, retaining wall, and ramp in the area at 13/1 Tsitsernakaberd Highway, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, submitted for expertise by "Sahakyanshin" CJSC (address: Yerevan, Araratyan St. 117/1). Documents can be reviewed on the official websites of the Ministry of Environment, Yerevan City Hall, and the initiator (if available).
