Public discussion invitation regarding the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex at Andraniki Street 3/1

Construction of a multi-apartment residential complex is planned at Andraniki Street 3/1, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, Yerevan. On November 4, 2024, at 16:00, discussions will be held at the residence of the head of Ajapnyak administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of Ajapnyak metro station, submitted by "Metrogiprotrans" CJSC. Invitation to public discussion

A public hearing will be held on November 8, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at the residence of the head of the Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan city, regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a public building at 4 P. Safyan alley and 1/6 N. Stepanyan street, submitted by citizen Arsen Aslanyan. Pursuant to Law HO-150-N "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and Government Appendix N 2343-N of December 28, 2023, on October 23, 2024, at 11:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan city regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex at H. Emin Street 23, 23/1, 25, 27 and 28, Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan city, submitted for expertise by "Ijavanatun" CJSC. Written and oral proposals, observations, and opinions of the interested public during the public hearings can be submitted to the initiator, local self-government and authorized bodies within 20 working days after the notification of the planned activity during the expertise.
