Invitation to public discussion on the construction of a multifunctional residential building at Arshakunyats Ave. 28/26, Shengavit administrative district

The first public hearing on the proposed activity of constructing a multifunctional residential building at Arshakunyats Ave. 28/26, submitted by "YARD" LLC, will take place at the office of the Head of Shengavit Administrative District of Yerevan. The interested public can participate in the hearing or submit written proposals to the Yerevan Municipality.

Invitation to public discussion on the construction of an industrial building

On January 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM, the first public hearing regarding the planned activity of constructing an industrial building at 15/2 Ohanov Street by "Ararat Meat Products" LLC will be held at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. On January 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing on the planned activity of constructing a multifunctional residential complex at Komitas Avenue 53/10, presented by "GTB TOWER" LLC, will take place at the residence of the head of Arabkir administrative district. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public discussion or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification. On January 7, at 11:00, the 2nd public hearing on the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of industrial buildings at 84 Araratyan Street, Shengavit administrative district, will take place at the residence of the head of Shengavit administrative district. On December 24, 2024, at 10:00 AM, the 4th session of the 3rd convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened. The session will be held with the discussion of the issues envisaged by the draft agenda.

At the intersection of Davit Bek and Hovsepyan streets, from December 19, 2024, traffic will be regulated by traffic lights to increase the throughput of transport flows in the capital.

From December 19, traffic at the intersection of Yegbayrutyan – Mantashyan streets will be regulated by traffic lights to increase the traffic flow in the capital.

Yerevan City Hall informs that from December 17, traffic management will be changed at the intersection of Gasparyan - Yeravanian streets. The purpose of the change is to increase the throughput of traffic flows. In particular, the left turn from Yeravanian street to Gasparyan street will be organized with a separate traffic light.

Dear citizens, in order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, a change in traffic organization will be made on Hanrapetutyan Street from December 17 of this year. In particular, traffic on Hanrapetutyan Street will be organized with 2 lanes instead of the previous 3.

From December 17, traffic management will change at the intersection of David Bek - Hunan Avetisyan streets: the U-turn on David Bek street will be organized with a separate traffic light. This aims to improve the passability of traffic flows in the capital.

Public hearing (2nd hearing) on the EIA report for the construction of a multi-apartment residential building at the address Moldovakan Street 27/6, Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan city, submitted by G. Grigoryan, will be held. The hearing will take place on December 27, 2024, at 12:00 PM, at the residence of the head of the Nork-Marash administrative district of Yerevan city (address: Yerevan city, Gayi Avenue 19). According to Law HO-150-N "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the appendix to Government Decision N 2343-N of December 28, 2023, on December 26, 2024, at 11:00, the 2nd public hearing will take place at the residence of the head of the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan (address: N. Zaryan street 27) regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multifunctional residential complex at Orbeli street h. 23 and Orbeli Brothers street h. 27, 29 in the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan, submitted for expertise by "RENSHIN" LLC. Dear citizens, due to unfavorable meteorological conditions in Yerevan during the winter months, an increase in dust content in the air is observed. The burning of fuel for heating, especially in private homes, where firewood and waste are also burned, increases the level of air pollution. The City Hall is discussing the possibility of taking additional preventive measures to reduce the level of pollution.

Dear citizens, from December 14 of this year, traffic management will be changed at the intersection of Isahakyan and Tamanyan streets in Yerevan. In particular, the 3.1 'No Entry', 3.18.1 'No Right Turn' road signs and the 8.5.4 'Operating hours (11.00-24.00)' sign installed at the mentioned intersection will be temporarily covered with covers.
