The planned water shutoff announced for December 24/25 in Yerevan's Avan, Nor Nork, Norq Marash, Erebuni administrative districts and Arinj village is canceled. «Veolia Jur» company informs that the «Aparan-Yerevan» water pipeline has been damaged on Ashtarak highway, near Proshyan village. Water supply to Davtashen 1-4 neighborhoods, Dzor 1, 2, Norashen, Nazarbekyan, G-1 neighborhoods will be stopped from December 21, 12:30 until December 22, 12:30. Dear citizens, in order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, changes will be made to the organization of traffic starting from December 24 of this year. In particular, on Paronyan Street, at the intersection of Paronyan-Rustaveli streets (near the former Dvin Hotel), left turns from Rustaveli Street will be prohibited.

On December 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the 4th session of the 5th convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened. The session will be held in accordance with Part 1 of Article 28 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan". The draft agenda includes 31 items.

We inform that the 2nd public hearing on the environmental impact assessment report of residential building construction works submitted by "Jibrayn" LLC, which was scheduled for December 19, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at the residence of the head of Avan administrative district, has been cancelled. From December 22, on Pushkin Street, from the intersection of Pushkin - Saryan streets to the intersection of Pushkin Street - Mashtots Avenue, parking will be prohibited on the left side of the roadway, in order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital.

The topic of discussion is renaming Hrazdan Gorge Street, which passes through the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, after the legendary football player Nikita Simonyan. The street starts from Athens Street, near Hrazdan Stadium, and reaches Halabyan Street.

Dear citizens, in order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, from December 19 of this year, changes will be made to the organization of traffic at the intersection of Azatutyan Avenue - Babayan Street. In particular, traffic lights, "stop lines" and pedestrian crossings will be moved towards the intersection, near the newly constructed safety island. A pedestrian crossing will be organized on Babayan Street, in the direction coming from the North Ray. On both sides of Azatutyan Avenue, U-turns will be organized before approaching the intersection, at the intersection, U-turns will be prohibited on both sides of Azatutyan Avenue.

"Veolia Jur" company informs its customers and consumers that, due to planned works, on December 16 of this year, from 10:00 AM until December 17 at 10:00 AM, water supply will be suspended in a number of administrative districts and settlements. The company apologizes to consumers for the inconvenience caused.

Dear citizens, in order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, traffic management changes will be made from December 15 of this year. In particular, on Charents Street, the right turn from Charents Street to Heratsi Street (former cable car section) will be allowed from two traffic lanes, and parking will be prohibited from Charents Street building No. 1B towards Heratsi Street.

From December 12, traffic management will be changed at the intersection of Titogradyan - Ayvazovsky streets to increase the throughput of traffic flows. In particular, the left turn from Titogradyan street to Ayvazovsky street will be allowed from two traffic lanes, and the right turn from Ayvazovsky street to Titogradyan street will be organized with an additional section of the traffic light.

Traffic will be stopped from December 12 to 15 on the road section of Republic Square between Tigran Mets Avenue and Nalbandyan Street due to the organization of New Year events. Traffic will be stopped in Republic Square on December 14 until the end of the concert. Traffic will be stopped on Khorenatsi and Vazgen Sargsyan streets on December 13 and 14.

Dear citizens, we inform you that the "Special Population Services" PNCO will be open until 31.12.2025, inclusive, until 15:00. Please note that January 1 and 2, 2026, are non-working days. The PNCO will resume operations on 03.01.2026.

Dear citizens, in order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, changes will be made to the organization of traffic from December 10 of this year. In particular, traffic will be organized in a circular motion at the intersection of Titogradian-Khaghagh Doni streets.
