Public discussion invitation regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the construction of a multifunctional residential complex

According to the Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and Annex to Decision No. 1325-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of November 19, 2014 (edited 28.12.23 N 2343-N), on October 16, 2025, at 11:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the construction of a multifunctional residential complex planned at Antarain Street 108/1, 108/2, 116, 116/3, 112/2, Kentron administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by citizen Viktor Ter-Hovsepyan. In accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise and the decree N 1325-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated November 19, 2014 (am. 28.12.23 N 2343-N), on October 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM, a public hearing (2nd hearing) regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multi-apartment building at 78/6 Ayasi Street, Yerevan, submitted by "White Space" LLC, will be held at the office of the Head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan. On October 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM, a public hearing will be held at the Shengavit administrative district head's office dedicated to the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of the Isakov-Arshakunyats road section. The documents can be viewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment (www.env.am). On October 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned construction of a multi-apartment residential building on the land plots at G. Hovsepyan Street No. 58/20 and 58/21 in the Nork-Marash administrative district of Yerevan, presented by Arman Hovhannisyan. Documents can be reviewed by calling (+374) 99991155. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public discussion or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.

On October 2, 2025, at 11:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of the Erebuni administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a public building (stone showroom) planned at David Bek district 106/9, Erebuni administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by citizen Artashes Grigoryan. On September 29, 2025, at 11:00, a public hearing will be held dedicated to the environmental impact assessment report of the construction of a production facility planned at 19/3 Nerkin Charbakh 9th Street, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan city, submitted by "Ar end Ev" LLC. On September 25, 2025, at 11:00 AM, a public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a public building planned at the address 24/1 Monte Melkonian Street, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by "ECO TOP" LLC. A public hearing on the environmental impact assessment report of the expansion works of the "Zvartnots" airport parking complex submitted by "Armenia" International Airports" CJSC will be held on September 17, at 16:00, at the residence of the head of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. On September 26, 2025, at 11:00, the first public hearing will be held on the planned activity of construction of a multi-apartment residential building at Arshakunyats Avenue No. 28/26, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "YARD" LLC. Suggestions, comments and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public discussion or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.

Kam Developments LLC plans to construct a shopping center in the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. The first public hearing on this matter will take place on September 19, at 11:00 AM, at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. Documents can be reviewed by calling the provided phone number. The interested public can submit proposals orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

On August 29, 2025, at 15:00, a public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the project submitted by "World Trade Center Yerevan" CJSC. The hearing concerns the demolition of existing buildings at addresses 22 M. Saryan Street building, 2 structure, and 22 Saryan Street. On September 15, 2025, at 11:00, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity of constructing a warehouse building at Arin-Berd Street 10/18, Erebuni administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "NAZARYAN COOLING SYSTEMS" LLC. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public discussion or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.

On September 15, at 11:30 AM, the first public hearing will be held at the office of the head of the Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan regarding the planned activity for the construction of a logistics warehouse center on the land plot at 17/2 Arin-Berd Street, 3rd lane, presented by "ARPANIV" LLC. Documents can be reviewed by calling (+374) 99991155. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

The public hearing regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the demolition (dismantling) of existing buildings at addresses 22 M. Saryan Street, building 2, and 22 Saryan Street in the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, submitted by "World Trade Center Yerevan" CJSC, is canceled. This is due to the fact that the notification regarding the public hearing of the planned activity was not posted on the official website of the Ministry of Environment due to a technical error. Information about the new date, place, and time of the public hearing will be provided later.

Hovsepyan Street, Nork-Marash administrative district of Yerevan city, submitted for expertise by citizen Samson Grigoryan, will be held at the office of the head of the Nork-Marash administrative district of Yerevan city. The documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment (www.env.am) and on the official websites of the initiator (if available). It is announced that on August 26, 2025, at 11:00, a public hearing will take place at the residence of the head of the Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan city (Sasuntsi Davti St. 87) in accordance with the procedure established by the Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise". The notice was published in the "Past" daily newspaper.
