Public discussion invitation regarding the construction of a multifunctional complex at Orbeli Street No. 23, 27 and 29, Arabkir administrative district

On September 26, 2024, at 11:00, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity of constructing a multifunctional complex at Orbeli Street No. 23, 27 and 29, Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "RENSHIN" LLC. On September 6, 2024, at 11:00, the 2nd public hearing on the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multi-apartment multifunctional building by "Developer" CJSC at S. Gevorgyan 106/19, Yerevan, will take place at the residence of the head of Davtashen administrative district. Citizens can review the documents on the relevant websites and contact the "Environmental Impact Expertise Center" SNCO for information and suggestions.

On September 10, 2024, at 11:00 AM, a public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Avan administrative district, dedicated to the environmental impact assessment report of the "Tania Chichmanyan Memorial Park" project in the Yerevan Botanical Garden. Documents can be reviewed on the official websites of the Ministry of Environment, Yerevan City Hall, and the initiator. A public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan city regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the residential district submitted by "Bagrevand House" LLC. The interested public can submit oral proposals, observations and opinions to the initiator, local self-government and authorized bodies within 20 working days after the notification. According to Law HO-150-N "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the appendix to Government Decision N 2343-N of December 28, 2023, on September 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM, the 2nd public hearing will take place at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan (address: Yerevan, Sebastias St. 32) regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a road, retaining wall, and ramp in the area at 13/1 Tsitsernakaberd Highway, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, submitted for expertise by "Sahakyanshin" CJSC (address: Yerevan, Araratyan St. 117/1). On September 2, 2024, at 12:00, a public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Arabkir administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multi-functional residential building presented by "Bari Azatamartik" LLC. On September 23, 2024, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity for the construction of a gas station at Tbilisi Highway 20/20, Yerevan, submitted by Gevorg Harutyunyan. According to the RA Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" HO-150-N and the appendix to Decision N 2343-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated December 28, 2023, on September 4, 2024, at 11:00, the 2nd public hearing on the environmental impact assessment report of the construction works of the multifunctional residential complex planned at Baghramyan 37, Yerevan, submitted for expertise by "Baghramyan Building" LLC, will take place at the residence of the head of the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan (Yerevan, Zaryan street 27). Documents can be reviewed at the Ministry of Environment, Yerevan, Buzand 1/3, at the Yerevan Municipality or its official website, and on the initiator's official website (if available).

In accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise, HO-150-N, and the Annex to Government Decision No. 2343-N of December 28, 2023, on August 30, 2024, at 15:00, a public hearing on the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of warehouse facilities at 1/10 Nubarashen highway, Erebuni administrative district, submitted by «Dustr y Shushanna» LLC (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of the Erebuni administrative district (address: 87 Sasuntsi Davit St., Yerevan). Oral proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can also be submitted to the initiator, local self-government, and authorized bodies within 20 working days after notification during the expertise. Documents can be reviewed at the Ministry of Environment or by contacting the «Expert Center for Environmental Impact Assessment» SNCO, at 1/3 Buzand St., Yerevan.

On September 18, at 10:00, the first public hearing will be held on the planned activity of reconstruction and addition of floors to the building under construction at 15/1 G. Nzhdeh Street, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "VISHKA" LLC. Documents can be reviewed by calling (+374) 99991155. On August 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held dedicated to the environmental impact assessment report of the multi-apartment residential complex planned at P. Sevak St. h. 5/1, Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "Kam Developments" LLC. On August 30, 2024, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan city, regarding the planned activity of constructing a residential complex at the address of Shinaraarner street no. 23, Ajapnyak administrative district, Yerevan city, submitted by "GM Construction" LLC. Proposals, remarks, and opinions can be submitted orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

On August 7, 2024, at 11:00 AM, a discussion will be held at the residence of the head of the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan on the application for environmental impact assessment for the construction of a metro station in the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan, submitted by Metrogiprotrans CJSC. Proposals and comments can be submitted to Yerevan City Hall. Documents can be reviewed at the office of "Georisk Research Company" CJSC.

A public hearing will be held on the environmental impact assessment report of the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex at 19/10 Leningradyan Street, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by "ART BUILDING" LLC. The hearing will take place on August 2, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. Proposals and comments can be submitted to the Ministry of Environment.

Public hearings will be held on the draft general plan of Yerevan and the report on the strategic environmental assessment of environmental impact. The hearings will take place on August 8, at 11:00 AM in Yerevan City Hall. The general plan is a document defining the city's development strategy. Interested public can submit written or electronic opinions within 25 working days after the publication of the announcement. Those wishing to participate must register in advance.

On August 14, 2024, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held dedicated to the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex in the Nor Nork administrative district, submitted by "Yerevanproject" CJSC. The discussion will take place at the residence of the head of the Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan. Participants can submit written proposals to the Ministry of Environment.
