Invitation to public discussion

On March 12, 2021, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion (first phase) will be held at 5 A. A public discussion will be held on the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex planned at 10/4 M. Frunze Street, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by "HAYRENIK SHIN" LLC. Participation is scheduled for March 9, 2021, at 12:00, at 26 G. Nzhdeh Street, Yerevan. Invitation to public discussion

On March 11, 2021, at 12:00, a public discussion will be held in the building of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan regarding the environmental impact assessment of the development project of the annex of the "Dalma Garden Mall" commercial complex presented by "Arkhangel" LLC. The discussion refers to the revised preliminary environmental impact assessment application (2nd stage) of the project works. Documents can be reviewed at Buzand 1/3, Yerevan.

"NBI Group" LLC submitted an application for preliminary environmental impact assessment for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex planned at 16/3, 16/4, 16/5 and 16/6 Vratsakan Street. A public discussion on this will take place on March 5, 2021, at 12:00, at 27 N. Zaryan St., Yerevan. Documents can be reviewed at the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia.

Construction of an autogas filling pressure station is planned at Nubarashen 2/4, Erebuni administrative district, Yerevan. Public discussions on the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the project will be held on March 2, 2021, at 11:00, at Sasuntsi David Street 87 (Erebuni administrative district building). This is the second public discussion of the project.

"Yerevanproject" CJSC will hold public discussions dedicated to the preliminary environmental impact assessment of road and engineering communications works in the intermediate section of Leningradyan Street and "Noy" district. "Kam Developments" LLC is organizing the second round of public discussions dedicated to the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the construction of a multifunctional complex planned at Arshakunyats Avenue 33 and 33/2. The event will take place on February 25, 2021, at 14:30, at G. Nzhdeh Street, building 26, Yerevan. On February 25, 2021, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held at 44 Teryan Street, Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, dedicated to the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the development of block 33 of Yerevan city by "City Center Development" CJSC. The documents can be viewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Armenia.

According to the RA Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise", on February 25, 2021, at 11:00 AM, at 27 N. Zaryan Street (Arabkir administrative district building), the first phase of public discussions on the application for preliminary environmental impact assessment of the construction of a residential complex planned by "SV and GA" LLC at Kanaker HEC h.13 will be held. On February 15, 2021, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion (1st discussion) on the application for preliminary environmental impact assessment for the reconstruction of the branch building of the Anatole France French Educational Complex Foundation HMD School will be held at the address: 87 Davit Sasun street, Yerevan (Erebuni administrative district building). On February 16, 2021, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held in the Kentron administrative district building, dedicated to the initial environmental impact assessment application for the reconstruction of Yerevan H. Kojoyan No. 15 educational complex and the construction of a new building within the framework of the seismic safety improvement program. The documents can be found on the official website of the MES RA.

"MG Design" LLC invites to the 2nd stage of public discussion on the project of renovation of H. Tumanyan's house-museum, reconstruction of the 2nd building and increase of floors, as well as the preliminary assessment of the environmental impact of the planned activity. On February 4, 2021, at 12:00, public discussions will be held at the address Sasuntsi Davit Street 87, Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan, dedicated to the environmental impact assessment report of the lead-acid battery processing plant planned by «ECOMETAL» LLC at the address Arin Berd 3rd lane 6/2. On January 19, 2021, at 12:00 PM, a public discussion will be held at 44 Teryan Street, Kentron administrative district of Yerevan (administrative district building) regarding the application for preliminary environmental impact assessment for the construction of a multifunctional complex submitted by Jermuk Group CJSC. "Eco Group International" LLC invites to public discussions of the fourth phase regarding the environmental impact assessment of the installation of a thermal waste neutralization plant at the production site of "Nairit Plant" CJSC. The event will take place on January 14, 2021, at 12:00 PM, at 26 Garegin Nzhdeh Street.
