On August 19, 2024, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity of constructing a multifunctional residential complex at the addresses Tumanyan Street 8, Republic Street 83, 83/2, Kentron administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by "Premium Plaza" LLC. On July 30, 2024, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held at the residence of the head of Kentron administrative district regarding the EIA report on the environmental impact of the construction of a multifunctional residential complex planned for G. Lusavorchi Street, 4th plot, submitted by "Nuovo Velodromo" LLC. Proposals and comments can be submitted in writing to the Ministry of Environment - "Environmental Impact Expertise Center" SNCO. On August 9, 2024, at 11:00, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity of constructing a shelter for stray animals in the area of Artsakh Avenue 4th Lane 12, Yerevan, presented by Yerevan City Hall. The interested public can submit proposals orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

On July 26, 2024, at 11:30, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held on the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex planned by "SHANT" LLC at Sevan Street 21/4, 21/12 and 21/13, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan. Arghutyan Street 10 and 10/9, Yerevan. Proposals and comments can be submitted in writing to the Ministry of Environment's "Expert Center for Environmental Impact Assessment" SNCO. Armenakyan Street, Yerevan, at the residence of the head of Nork-Marash administrative district, regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the planned residential building. On June 12, 2024, at 12:00, a public discussion will be held at the residence of the head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the construction of administrative buildings planned by "SMART GROUP" LLC and "Yerevan Relay Plant" OJSC at Azatutyan Avenue 24/57, 24/59, 24/60 and 24/61.
