On June 9, 2025, at 15:00, the first public hearing regarding the planned construction of the Isakov-Arshakunyats road junction, submitted by the "Yerevan Development Investment Programs Implementation Office" SNCO, will take place. On June 4, 2025, at 11:00, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity of reconstructing the parking lot at I. Gasparyan Street No. 30, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, presented by "ARMENIA" INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS" CJSC. Documents can be reviewed by calling (+374) 99994222. On April 26, the “RA Citizen’s Day” holiday will be celebrated. A series of lectures with the participation of young people is planned to be organized in 79 urban and rural settlements of all regions of the Republic of Armenia, including Aparan and 12 administrative districts of Yerevan. A symbolic tree planting will also be organized, which will be followed by a cultural event lasting up to 30 minutes.

On April 22, 2025, at 10:00, the 3rd session of the 4th convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened. The draft agenda includes 19 items.

The report presents statistical data on documents entered in the "One Window" offices of Yerevan City Hall and administrative districts in 2024. It details the number of documents by source (citizens, state bodies, internal documents) and method of entry (in person, online, mail, electronic services). The number of decisions and orders adopted by the Mayor, the number and nature of received phone calls, as well as the number of applications entered in the "Active Citizen" platform are also mentioned.

On May 7, 2025, at 12:00, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity presented by "Premium Plaza" CJSC for the construction of a multifunctional residential complex at Tumanyan Street No. 8, Republic Street No. 83 building 1 garage, 83/2 residential building, 85 building 9 garage, Sayat-Nova Avenue No. 20/5 in Kentron administrative district of Yerevan city. On April 10, 2025, at 12:00, public awareness and discussion will take place at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, dedicated to the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a new medical center building submitted by "Natali Pharm" LLC.
