Traffic management changes on St. Grigor Lusavorich Street

Dear citizens, in order to increase the traffic flow capacity in the capital, traffic organization changes will be made on Surb Grigor Lusavorich Street from June 11 of this year. In particular, at the intersection of Surb Grigor Lusavorich – Argishti streets, in the direction coming from the intersection of Arshakunyats Avenue - Surb Grigor Lusavorich - Agatangeghos streets towards Argishti Street, the left turn will be organized from one lane instead of two permitted lanes. At the intersection of Surb Grigor Lusavorich Street – Mashtots Avenue, cars making a left turn towards the "Haghtanak" bridge will be allowed to make a left turn from two lanes instead of one lane. Also, from the intersection of Surb Grigor Lusavorich Street – Mashtots Avenue towards the "Haghtanak" bridge, car parking will be prohibited.

From June 4, traffic organization will be changed on Amiryan Street and Mashtots Avenue to increase the throughput of traffic flows. In particular, stopping will be prohibited near 15/2 Amiryan Street, as well as on Mashtots Avenue from the dead end of Paronyan Street to the intersection of St. Grigor Lusavorich Street.

To increase the traffic flow capacity in the capital, traffic organization changes will be made at the intersection of Fuchik and Margaryan streets starting from May 28 of this year. Specifically, on Margaryan Street, in the direction coming from Bashinjaghyan Street, U-turns will be prohibited.

To increase the traffic flow capacity in the capital, starting May 19, 2025, a change in traffic organization will be implemented at the Mashtots Avenue – Khorenatsi Street intersection. Specifically, the three-phase traffic light mode will be replaced by a two-phase one, after which both directions of traffic flow along Mashtots Avenue will operate simultaneously.

To increase the passability of transport flows in the capital and ensure the continuity of public transport rolling stock frequency, from May 17, 2025, a dedicated lane for public transport will be separated on Moskovyan Street, in the section from Nalbandyan Street to Abovyan Street. Public transport routes will be changed: instead of Khanjyan – Nalbandyan – Isahakyan – Abovyan streets, they will be organized along Khanjyan – Moskovyan – Abovyan streets. In addition, at the intersection of Khanjyan – Nalbandyan – Moskovyan streets, left turns from Khanjyan Street to Nalbandyan Street and from Moskovyan Street to Nalbandyan Street will be prohibited.

To increase the traffic flow capacity in the capital, traffic management changes will be made on Sebastia Street starting from May 13 of this year. Specifically, U-turns will be prohibited at the intersections of Sebastia Street - Shahumyan 4th Street and Sebastia Street - Shahumyan 1st Street.

On May 14, from 11:00 to 11:30, a warning siren will be activated in secondary school No. 47 of Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan city. The City Hall apologizes to the citizens for possible inconveniences.

“Veolia Jur” company informs that on May 8, from 09:00 until May 9, 09:00, the water supply to a number of addresses in the Erebuni administrative district will be suspended due to accident elimination works. The company apologizes to consumers for the inconvenience caused.

To increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, traffic management changes will be made starting from May 12 of this year. In particular, parking will be prohibited in the road section adjacent to the "Hay-Art" cultural center, from Saryan Street towards Mashtots Avenue.

Dear citizens, we inform you that a new "solid yellow line" marking is planned to be implemented on a trial basis in the capital in places where stopping is prohibited. This marking will be made on the curb, according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. Abovyan Street was chosen for the trial implementation, along the entire length of the lane separated for public transport.

To increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, traffic management changes will be made from May 12 of this year. In particular, on Koghbatsu Street, in the road section adjacent to Yeghishe Charents School, the direction towards Amiryan Street, traffic will be organized one-way.

On April 23, 2025, between 11:00-11:30, a warning siren will be activated at Arabkir administrative district N21 basic school. Citizens' apologies are requested.

On April 24, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM, free transportation will be organized to the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex within the framework of events dedicated to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide. Transportation will be carried out from the area adjacent to the "Hrazdan" stadium by two routes.

To increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, changes in traffic organization will be made from April 23 of this year: the right additional section installed at the intersection of Abovyan and Koryun streets for vehicles traveling from the intersection of Abovyan and Isahakyan streets to Koryun street will be dismantled. The right additional section installed at the Mashtots Avenue - Amiryan Street intersection for vehicles traveling from the Mashtots Avenue - Khorenatsi Street intersection to Amiryan Street will also be dismantled.

"Veolia Jur" company informs that due to accident elimination works, from April 17, 09:00 to April 18, 09:00, the water supply of a number of streets and districts of Yerevan's Shengavit administrative district will be suspended. In other parts of the Shengavit administrative district, the water supply to floors higher than 3 will be suspended. The company apologizes to consumers for the inconvenience caused.

Dear citizens, in order to increase the throughput of transport flows in the capital, changes will be made in the organization of traffic on Pushkin Street and Baghramyan Avenue from April 11 of this year. In particular, car parking will be prohibited in the following road sections. At the same time, appropriate road signs will be installed in the mentioned road sections.
