Public discussions on the draft decision of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan

Hereby, Yerevan City Hall invites all interested natural and legal persons to participate in the public discussions on the draft decision of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, held from February 11 to February 26, 2025, inclusive. Interested persons can submit their proposals and observations regarding the draft published on the official website of Yerevan until February 26, inclusive, which can be sent through the official website of Yerevan City Hall (www.yerevan.am) in the section provided, to the appropriate email address (fin.budget@yerevan.am), through the unified publication website of draft legal acts (), as well as can be submitted in writing to Yerevan City Hall. During the public discussions, on February 24, at 15:00, public open hearings will take place in the briefing hall on the 5th floor of the administrative building of Yerevan City Hall located at 1 Argishti Street. To participate in the hearings, it is necessary to submit an application to Yerevan City Hall by February 23, inclusive (it is also possible to send the application online using the online application submission option in the section of the official website of Yerevan City Hall (www.yerevan.am)). Invitation to public discussion

Public discussions on the draft decision of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. Participants can submit proposals and comments until February 26, 2025. On February 24, at 15:00, public open hearings will be held in the briefing hall on the 5th floor of the administrative building of Yerevan City Hall at 1 Argishti Street. To participate in the hearings, it is necessary to submit an application by February 23.

On February 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the 1st session of the 4th convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened. The session will be held at Yerevan City Hall. Participants will discuss the draft agenda, which includes 27 issues.

On February 18, 2025, at 15:00, a public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district within the framework of the expert examination process of the environmental impact assessment report submitted by Gevorg Harutyunyan regarding the construction of a gas station at 20/20 Tbilisi Highway, Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district. Documents can be reviewed on the official websites of the Ministry of Environment, Yerevan City Hall, and the initiator. On March 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity of constructing a business center at the addresses Admiral Isakov Street 13/12, Kentron administrative district, Yerevan, and Noragyugh quarter 66/3, submitted by DIGIPROPERTY LLC. Proposals, observations, and opinions can be submitted orally during the public discussion or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification. On March 12, 2025, at 11:00, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity of constructing a residential housing complex at M. Babajanyan 117/4, Avan administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "JIBREYN" LLC. Documents can be reviewed by calling (+374) 99994222. Suggestions, comments, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public discussion or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.

On February 18, 2025, at 15:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report and expert process for the construction of a gas station at 20/20 Tbilisi Highway, Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district, submitted by citizen Gevorg Harutyunyan. The Mayor of Yerevan has decided to convene an extraordinary session of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan on January 31, 2025, at 10:00. The agenda of the session includes one item: a matter concerning Yerevan City Hall.

On February 6, 2025, at 12:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held regarding the project submitted by Yerevan City Hall. The hearing will take place at the residence of the head of the Shengavit administrative district. On January 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM, a public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Shengavit administrative district, dedicated to the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of the Artur Abraham Youth Sports Complex, submitted by "On Design" LLC. Yerevan City Hall announces an open competition for the right to implement the architectural project "Cascade Cultural Hub" for the reconstruction of the Cascade Complex. The purpose of the competition is to complete the construction of the unfinished part of the Cascade Complex, ensuring the complete appearance of the cultural monument and its connection with the 50th Anniversary of Victory Monument. After the completion of the works, a concert hall and a modern art museum will be created.

The first public hearing regarding the planned activity of constructing a multifunctional residential complex at the addresses Tumanyan Street 8, Republic Street 83, 83/2, 85, Sayat Nova Avenue 20/5 in the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan city, submitted by "Premium Plaza" CJSC, will be held at the residence of the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan city. On January 24, 2025, at 15:00, a public hearing will be held at the office of the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan city regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multifunctional residential complex at the addresses 12, 12/1, 12/6 Sevan Street, Kentron administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by NGMDA LLC. The documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment and the official websites of the initiator.

According to the Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and Annex to RA Government Decision N 1325-N of November 19, 2014 (edited 28.12.23 N 2343-N), on January 24, 2025, at 12:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan (address: Garegin Nzhdeh St., building 26) regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multifunctional residential complex planned at 15/1 Garegin Nzhdeh Street, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan, submitted for expertise by "Vishka" LLC. The first public hearing on the proposed activity of constructing a multifunctional residential building at Arshakunyats Ave. 28/26, submitted by "YARD" LLC, will take place at the office of the Head of Shengavit Administrative District of Yerevan. The interested public can participate in the hearing or submit written proposals to the Yerevan Municipality.

On January 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM, the first public hearing regarding the planned activity of constructing an industrial building at 15/2 Ohanov Street by "Ararat Meat Products" LLC will be held at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. On January 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing on the planned activity of constructing a multifunctional residential complex at Komitas Avenue 53/10, presented by "GTB TOWER" LLC, will take place at the residence of the head of Arabkir administrative district. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public discussion or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.
