Invitation to public discussion on the draft decision of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan

Yerevan City Hall invites all interested natural and legal persons to participate in the public discussions organized on the draft decision of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. Interested persons can submit their proposals and comments by August 6 inclusive. The public open hearings will take place on August 4, at 15:00, in the briefing hall on the 5th floor of the administrative building of Yerevan City Hall located at Argishti Street h.1.

Notification about the first public hearing on the planned activity for the major renovation of the historical and cultural buildings located at 4/1 Arshakunyats street, Yerevan city (barracks complex of Yerevan fortress). The hearings are organized based on the application submitted by «RNSARSH» LLC. The event will take place on August 18, 2026, at the residence of the head of the Kentron administrative district.

This order by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs approves the schedule and program for preparatory training courses for individuals wishing to adopt children. It instructs relevant departments to publish the information on the official website and distribute the order to regional administrations and the Yerevan Municipality. The "Well-being Information Systems Enterprise" Foundation is tasked with organizing the courses and providing a list of qualified participants upon completion.

Notice of the first public hearing on the planned construction of a residential complex at several addresses on Acharyan Street in the Avan administrative district. The event will take place on August 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the residence of the head of the Avan administrative district. Interested parties may submit their comments and suggestions during the hearings or in writing within 20 working days.

Notice on the non-holding of the public hearing scheduled for August 5, 2026, regarding the environmental impact of the construction of the residential complex planned on Acharyan Street in Avan administrative district. The date and venue of new hearings will be announced additionally.

Khachatryan Street 1st Lane, 1 and 1/2, Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "ARCHIPROF" LLC. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public hearing or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.

On July 24, 2026, at 11:00, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity "Construction of the American University of Armenia's Science, Engineering, and Arts Building" at Sose St. 32-38, Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan, presented by the "AMERICAN UNIVERSITY OF ARMENIA" corporation. Suggestions, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public hearing or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.
