On December 2, 2024, at 11:30, the 2nd public hearing on the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multi-apartment residential building planned at 38/9 G. Hovsepyan Street, Nork-Marash administrative district, submitted by "Nika 2006" LLC, will take place at the residence of the head of the Nork-Marash administrative district of Yerevan.

On December 2, at 11:30, the second public hearing on the planned activity of constructing a multi-apartment building on the land plot at G. Hovsepyan Street 38/9 will take place. Announcement on convening a session of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan

On November 19, 2024, at 10:00 AM, the 3rd session of the 3rd meeting of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened. The meeting will be held in accordance with Article 28, Part 1 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan". The draft agenda includes 29 items.

Yerevan City Hall invites all interested natural and legal persons to participate in public discussions organized regarding the draft decisions of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. Interested persons can submit their proposals and comments by November 29 inclusive. Public hearings will take place on November 26 at 15:00, in the briefing hall on the 5th floor of the administrative building of Yerevan City Hall located at Argishti street h.1.

Interested persons can submit proposals and observations. On November 26, 2024, at 15:00, public open hearings will be held at 1 Argishti Street. Construction of a multi-apartment residential complex is planned at Andraniki Street 3/1, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, Yerevan. The first public hearing on the activity will take place on December 3, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. Interested public can participate in the discussion and submit proposals.

On November 4, 2024, at 16:00, discussions will be held at the residence of the head of Ajapnyak administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of Ajapnyak metro station, submitted by "Metrogiprotrans" CJSC. A public hearing will be held on November 8, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at the residence of the head of the Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan city, regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a public building at 4 P. Safyan alley and 1/6 N. Stepanyan street, submitted by citizen Arsen Aslanyan. Pursuant to Law HO-150-N "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and Government Appendix N 2343-N of December 28, 2023, on October 23, 2024, at 11:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan city regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex at H. Emin Street 23, 23/1, 25, 27 and 28, Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan city, submitted for expertise by "Ijavanatun" CJSC. Written and oral proposals, observations, and opinions of the interested public during the public hearings can be submitted to the initiator, local self-government and authorized bodies within 20 working days after the notification of the planned activity during the expertise. According to the "Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the appendix to RA Government Decision No. 1325-N of November 19, 2014 (edited 28.12.23 No. 2343-N), on October 30, 2024, at 11:00 AM, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of the Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan (address: Sasuntsi Davti Street 87) regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the planned construction of a logistics warehouse and refrigeration facility at 5th Lane, Arin-Berd Street, No. 1, Erebuni administrative district, Yerevan, submitted for expertise by "Yerarrspasarkum" CJSC. A public hearing will be held regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multifunctional public complex planned at 21 Isakov Avenue, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by "Vega World" LLC. The hearing will take place on November 20, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. Documents can be reviewed by calling (+374) 98131471. In accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise and Decision No. 2343-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of December 28, 2014, on October 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM, a public hearing (2nd hearing) regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a public building at Voskerichneri St., 2/5, 2/6, and 2/7, Kentron administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by Yuri Afrikyan, will be held at the office of the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan (address: Terian 44):
