ANNOUNCEMENT Regarding the convening of a session of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan

On November 21, 2023, at 10:00, the 2nd session of the 1st convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened. The session is convened on the basis of Article 28, Part 1 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and Decision N 3813-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan dated November 17, 2023. The agenda of the session includes 19 issues.

ANNOUNCEMENT ON CONVENING A SESSION OF THE COUNCIL OF ELDERS OF THE CITY OF YEREVAN

On November 21, 2023, at 10:00, the 2nd session of the 1st convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened. The session will be held with the discussion of 17 issues presented in the draft agenda.

Invitation to public discussion

On November 16, 2023, a public discussion will be held dedicated to the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the residential complex planned at 186 D. On November 16, 2023, at 12:00, a public discussion will be held regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the multi-apartment residential complex planned at 14/1 H. Gyurjyan Street, Nor-Nork administrative district, Yerevan. The discussion will take place at building 19, Guy Avenue. Documents can be reviewed on the website of the Ministry of Environment and at 1/3 Buzand Street.

On November 14, 2023, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held dedicated to the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the residential complex planned by "Nork Shin" LLC at the address 16, lane of Yekmalyan Street, Kentron administrative district of Yerevan. The discussion will be held at 44 Teryan Street (building of Kentron administrative district).

On November 9, 2023, at 11:00, a public discussion will take place at Garegin Nzhdeh Street 26, Yerevan (Shengavit administrative district building). The discussion concerns the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the multi-apartment residential building planned at Admiral Isakov Avenue 15/21, Shengavit administrative district. This is the second stage of the discussion.

On November 10, 2023, at 10:30 AM, a public discussion will be held regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the multifunctional residential complex planned at 9/2 Ashkhabad Street, Avan administrative district. The discussion will take place at 222 Marshal Khudyakov Street. Documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment, as well as at 1/3 Buzand Street.

Yerevan City Hall invites interested parties to join the Council for the Management of the Five-Year Development Program and Annual Budget of the Yerevan Urban Community under the Mayor of Yerevan on a voluntary basis. The purpose of the Council is to ensure the participation, awareness, and public oversight of community residents, public organizations, and the public in local self-government. Applications must be submitted by October 25 at Argishti Street 1.

In accordance with the Law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the procedure established by the RA Government decision N 1325-N of 19.11.2014, on October 25, 2023, at 11:00 AM, public discussions regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the planned residential building at G. Hovsepyan Street 46/7, 46/9, 202, 202/20, 202/21 and 202/22 addresses in the Nork-Marash administrative district of Yerevan city will be held at the building of the Nork-Marash administrative district of Yerevan city, A. On October 25, at 12:30 PM, public discussions will be held in the building of the Ajapnyak administrative district regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the planned residential complex at 27/38 Fuchik Street, Ajapnyak administrative district. On October 10, 2023, at 10:00, the first session of the newly elected Council of Elders of Yerevan will take place at the residence of the Council of Elders of Yerevan. The agenda includes the election of the mayor, the nomination of committee chairs and their deputies, as well as the setting of the date for the next session of the Council of Elders.

In accordance with the "Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the procedure established by the RA Government Decision N 1325-Ն of 19.11.2014, on October 20, 2023, at 11:00, public discussions (1st stage) will be held at 87 Sasuntsi David Street, Yerevan (Erebuni administrative district building) regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the construction of a refrigeration complex planned by "Comfort House" LLC at 5, 3rd Lane, Artsakh Avenue, Erebuni administrative district, Yerevan. Public discussions will be held on October 20, 2023, at 12:30, in the building located at 222 Khudyakov Street, Avan administrative district, Yerevan. The subject of the discussion is the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the multi-apartment residential complex planned at 25 D. Malyan Street, Avan administrative district.
