On September 25, 2025, at 11:00 AM, a public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a public building planned at the address 24/1 Monte Melkonian Street, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by "ECO TOP" LLC. On September 23, 2025, at 11:00, a public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of Ajapnyak administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the construction of a gas station planned at 37/54 Lukashin Street, Ajapnyak administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by Artur Harutyunyan. On September 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the 1st session of the 5th convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened. The session will be held in accordance with Article 28, Part 1 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan". The draft agenda of the session includes 30 items.

A public hearing on the environmental impact assessment report of the expansion works of the "Zvartnots" airport parking complex submitted by "Armenia" International Airports" CJSC will be held on September 17, at 16:00, at the residence of the head of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. The public hearing regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the demolition (dismantling) of existing buildings at addresses 22 M. Saryan Street, building 2, and 22 Saryan Street in the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, submitted by "World Trade Center Yerevan" CJSC, is canceled. This is due to the fact that the notification regarding the public hearing of the planned activity was not posted on the official website of the Ministry of Environment due to a technical error. Information about the new date, place, and time of the public hearing will be provided later.

It is announced that on August 26, 2025, at 11:00, a public hearing will take place at the residence of the head of the Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan city (Sasuntsi Davti St. 87) in accordance with the procedure established by the Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise".
