Public discussion invitation regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of M. Nalbandyan Basic School No. 33

A public hearing will be held on April 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at the residence of the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan. The hearing concerns the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of M. Nalbandyan Basic School No. 33, planned at Nar-Dos Street 38, Kentron administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by "Zangvats" LLC. Documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment and on the initiator's websites. On May 8, 2026, at 11:00, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity of constructing a kindergarten at 42/1 Shrjancik Tunel St., Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "YEREVANNAGITS" CJSC. The interested public can submit proposals during the hearings or within 20 working days thereafter.

On April 14, 2026, at 11:30 AM, a public hearing on the EIA report of the master plan of the Academic City, submitted by "NST ARCHITECTURE STUDIO" LLC, will be held at the residence of the head of the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan. In 2025, 218795 documents were entered into the electronic document management system in the "One Window" offices of Yerevan City Hall and administrative districts. 132505 documents were entered in the City Hall office at Argishti 1. 217877 phone calls were received at the 1-05 phone number of the call service and support division of the Yerevan City Hall staff secretariat. 28427 applications were entered by citizens into the "Active Citizen" platform. In accordance with RA Government Decision N 1204-N, annual statistical data on the main documents provided to citizens, organizations and other legal entities based on the documents entered into the system are presented. 86290 documents were entered in the offices of the staff of the heads of the 12 administrative districts of Yerevan.

On April 7, 2026, at 15:00, a public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan on the environmental impact assessment report of the planned waste oil recycling works at 13/7 Arin-Berd Street, 5th Lane, submitted by "JI VI AY" LLC. The Yerevan Urban Development Investment Programs Implementation Office, in conjunction with the Yerevan City Hall, is launching the pilot program "Model Yerevan." This is a unique opportunity for young people to see how urban management actually works. Within the framework of the program, participants will discuss real urban issues, meet with industry professionals, and participate in a simulation competition, acting as the Mayor of Yerevan, a member of the Council of Elders, a committee chairman, and in other roles. Young people aged 16–25 who live or study in Yerevan can apply. Application deadline: April 17.

On March 27, 2026, at 15:00, a public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, dedicated to the planned activity at 40 Moskovyan Street, Kentron administrative district. In particular, the environmental impact assessment report of the renovation of Tumanyan Museum, demolition of the 2nd building, and construction of a new one will be discussed. On April 15, 2026, at 15:00, the first public hearing on the planned activity for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex at Arshakunyats Avenue 25/4, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by RETIN-2 CJSC, will take place. The interested public can submit proposals orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

On April 13, 2026, at 15:00, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity of constructing Yerevan city kindergarten No. 59 at 7/1, 2nd district, Davtashen administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "YEREVANNԱԽԱԳԻԾ" CJSC. The interested public can submit proposals, observations, and opinions orally during the hearings or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

On April 9, 2026, at 11:00, the first public hearing dedicated to the planned activity "Major renovation of sidewalks on Komitas Avenue and Vazgen I Vehapar Street in Yerevan, on both sides and along the entire length" presented by the staff of the Head of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan will take place at the residence of the Head of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan. The session is convened in accordance with part 1 of Article 28 of the law "On local self-government in the city of Yerevan". A draft agenda is cited, which includes 19 points.

The Sports and Youth Affairs Department of Yerevan City Hall invites representatives of organizations operating in the youth sector to participate in a public discussion on youth issues. The work, programs and collaborations in the youth sector will be discussed, and solutions to existing problems will be proposed. To participate, it is necessary to confirm participation by email by March 13. The meeting will take place on March 18 at 12:00 in the administrative building of Yerevan City Hall. An identity document is required.

On April 2, 2026, at 11:30 AM, the first public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district regarding the planned activity of expanding the "Zvartnots" airport cargo complex and constructing a new warehouse at 34 I. Gasparyan Street, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, submitted by "ARMENIA" INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS" CJSC.
