On February 4, 2021, at 12:00, public discussions will be held at the address Sasuntsi Davit Street 87, Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan, dedicated to the environmental impact assessment report of the lead-acid battery processing plant planned by «ECOMETAL» LLC at the address Arin Berd 3rd lane 6/2. Invitation to public discussion

A public discussion will be held on the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the zoning project of the Nor Nork administrative district submitted by "Yerevanproject" CJSC. Announcement of an open classical auction for the sale of sorted plastic by "Landscaping and Environmental Protection" CNCO of Yerevan City Hall. The auction will take place on January 29, 2021, at 14:30, at the address: Yerevan, Ph. Buzand St., 1/3 building, Yerevan City Hall 2nd building, room 205. One lot: plastic, quantity: 1 kg, starting price: 90 AMD. A one-year contract will be signed with the winning participant. On January 19, 2021, at 12:00 PM, a public discussion will be held at 44 Teryan Street, Kentron administrative district of Yerevan (administrative district building) regarding the application for preliminary environmental impact assessment for the construction of a multifunctional complex submitted by Jermuk Group CJSC. The documents can also be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia and at 1/3 Buzandi Street.

“Arm Construct 1” LLC plans to build a multi-apartment residential complex with 2-3 underground parking lots and 8-19 above-ground floors on a 5650 sq m land plot at 60 Komitas Avenue. The project includes active and passive recreation areas, playgrounds, gazebos, auxiliary buildings, as well as vertical planning, landscaping and 2260 sq m of greening of the area.
