Invitation to public discussion

"Valem" LLC organizes public discussions on the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the construction of residential buildings at 23/2 Leningradyan Street, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, Yerevan. Participation will take place on August 11, 2020, at 11:00 AM, at 32 Sebastia Street, at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. Information on the project proposals submitted by "METAKO" LLC

METAKO LLC plans to build a multi-apartment residential complex in Yerevan, which will consist of 4 buildings, an underground parking lot, and active and passive recreation areas. The project includes landscaping and greening of the area. The project proposals will be presented for public discussion on August 27, 2020, at 11:00 AM, at Yerevan City Hall. To participate in the public discussion, citizens can review the project proposals from August 10 to August 24, 2020, at Yerevan City Hall.

On August 6, 2020, at 11:00, a public discussion will be held in the building of the Arabkir district administration of Yerevan on the application for preliminary environmental impact assessment of the working project for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex. On August 7, 2020, at 10:30 AM, a public discussion will be held at 32 Sebastia Street regarding the application for the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the planned residential complex construction at 27/7 Leningrad Street, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. On August 10, 2020, at 11:00, a public discussion will be held in the administrative building of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the working design of a multifunctional residential building. The discussion will be conducted by the "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise Center" SNCO in accordance with the RA Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the procedure established by RA Government Decision N 1325-N. Nzhdeh Street regarding the application for preliminary environmental impact assessment of the planned multi-apartment residential complex by "Electromashina Engineering" CJSC at 41/44 Manandyan Street in the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan.

"BEST PROPERTY" LLC plans to build a multi-apartment residential complex at 75/1 Halabyan Street. A public discussion on this will be held on August 3, 2020, at 11:00 AM, in the building of the Ajapnyak district administration of Yerevan at 5 A. Sargsyan Street. The discussion will be held in accordance with the RA Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the procedure established by RA Government Decision N 1325-N.

Public discussions will be held on August 5, 2020, at 11:00 AM, at 19 Guy Avenue, Nor Nork administrative district, Yerevan (Nor Nork district administration) regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the construction of a multifunctional residential complex by Sasun Gasparyan at 103/4, 103/6, 103/8 Davit-Bek Street, Nor Nork administrative district.

"Simag" LLC plans to implement silicon dioxide production in the Silikyan district of the Ajapnyak administrative district. Preliminary environmental impact assessment application public discussions will be held on August 3, 2020, at 12:00 PM, at the residence of the head of the Ajapnyak administrative district. On August 7, 2020, at 14:30, the "Greening and Environmental Protection" CNCO of Yerevan City Hall will hold an open classical auction for the sale of white paper and plastic. The auction will be held in two lots: Lot 1: white paper (1 kg), starting price: 80 AMD. Lot 2: plastic (1 kg), starting price: 120 AMD. A one-year contract will be signed with the winning participants. Individuals and legal entities who submit the necessary documents 30 minutes before the opening of the auction can participate in the auction.

The complex will include active and passive recreation areas: playgrounds, gazebos, as well as other auxiliary buildings necessary for servicing the neighborhood.

Information is provided about the design solutions of the building under construction at Komitas Avenue 54. The building is designed to have workshops on the first floor and residential areas on the second and third floors. A parking lot for 6 cars and the restoration of the adjacent playground are also planned.

We inform you that the construction of a residential complex is planned at 16/3, 16/4, 16/5, 16/6 Vracakan Street. Buildings "A" and "B" will have up to 12 above-ground floors, buildings "C" and "D" up to 14, and building "E" up to 16 above-ground floors. A two-story underground parking lot is planned for all buildings, with a total of 308 parking spaces. The first floors are intended for public use. 40% landscaping and a playground are planned for the land area.

Documents can be reviewed at the office of "DALMA INVEST" LLC, at the same address. The discussions will be held in compliance with the necessary hygienic norms and current restrictions.

"Mega House" LLC will hold public discussions regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the planned residential complex.
